The vineyards and olive groves, conducted in organic farming, are located in the municipality of Monte Roberto at 300 meters above sea level, which for their great slope have obtained the official recognition of Heroic Viticulture from Cervim.
The land on which the vineyards are located are situated on a steeply sloping hill, with exposures ranging from east to west. The grapes are harvested when ripe and healthy, vinified in a very traditional way, in the historic Montecappone winery in Jesi.
